The behaviour of the staff is very rude and rigid. They really dont understand or act as they dont whatever you say. Breakfast options are very limited for veg meals. The restaurant need to upgrade the experiences in terms of cuisines and taste. The front desk needs to be more welcoming rather than being rigid n rude. Better properties available on much reasonable prices that this wooden shack! They can let u wait for minutes for an umbrella but wont give u their own no matter how hurry you are in. The location is amazing, property is amazing but the staff is rude and rigid.

Terrible dining experience! The restaurant staff displayed a shocking lack of hospitality, making it evident that our satisfaction was not their priority. Their rigid approach to the included dinner left us bewildered; we opted out of one subji for starters, but they imposed restrictions on the quantity of starters, claiming it was chargeable. It's absurd that we could order unlimited subji but faced limitations on starters. The overall food quality was mediocre, and the hot and sour soup had an unusual and off-putting smell. Disappointed with the entire dining affair, I strongly advise against staying and dining at this resort.

Place is nice, but food was a complete mess. 1)Food is overpriced compared to quantity. 2)Quality of food is good but compared to the price, it's too average. 3) Didn't serve any sauces (had to ask later), didn't provide enough forks to eat (had to ask again). 4)There was one waiter who was still new I think. So I ordered a few drinks and he doesn't even know what kind of drinks are available and not available. When asked "why it is taking too long ?" He replied, "Maybe they're still making in the kitchen". Maybe ? Why didn't he go and check ? Then came the other waitress and said that the drinks we ordered weren't available which clearly proves that the first waiter doesn't know about the drinks not being available. The other waiters and waitresses were fine except this one fellow who seem to not know how to take orders the right way and how to serve customers properly. Before hiring people, please do a thorough background check, because it'll be an embarrassment to the whole place. I don't dislike the place because I went there quite a few times and had all good experiences with the food but it was just this one time that I had to give a review so that they don't make mistakes like this again. 🙏🏼

Very bad service. It seemed like the people in restaurant dont want us to eat happily. I am very disappointed in their attitude. Our dinner was included which has soup, salad, indian bread, two sabji, dal, rice and dessert we didnt wanted 1 subji but instead wanted starters. So according to it we can order only one starter but we should be able to order it as much as we want just like the one subji we didnt want. But they gave very limited quantity of starters and refused to give more and told that it would be chargeable. This didnt seemed logical. We can order subji as much as we want but cant get starter as much as we want. Also overall food is okayish, not too good. Hot and sour soup smelled different and weird. If anyone want to dine and stay in this resort than please dont stay.

I visit this hotel in 2 days but name is resort but not any facilities type resort.... it's Normal hotel 2/3* category... ...food quality of taste is average. not a good... and main problem language for staff....no understand in hindi... so very difficult..... and second day we visit in sight seen so I recived call from hotel and he said your room we are change today I ask him y so he said this room not today available ... I booked before a week and after this type answer.... after I discussed my agent and then not a change ... but... I never suggested this type hotel any one..location is good... but 15 km distance of shilong

Visitors should look out for better alternatives for a peaceful and satisfying stays. I even saw a waiter tasting the lemon with his tongue if the lemon is fresh or not, like this is the worst from anybody u can expect. Restaurant is one of the worst part here along with the staff behaviour. Be ready to get dissapointed if you stay here
